Computed length and breadth of each, reckoning from the farthest points, stated in miles or yards, as the case may be. Computed greatest distance in each to be traversed from any one house to the next nearest, stated in miles or yards, as the case may be. Names of Persons recommended to act as such in each Sub-district.(In the event of the enumerator not having decided upon all the persons he proposes to recommend as sub-enumerators, this form should not be delayed, if otherwise completed, as the names can be inserted subsequently.) Whether it is proposed that each shall act on foot or on horseback. Number of days proposed to be allowed to each for the completion of his sub-district, i.e., distributing and collecting.
