Commencing at the confluence of Saltwater Creek and the Mary River, and bounded thence by Salt-water Creek upwards to the west boundary of the Municipality of Maryborough ; thence by that west boundary bearing south to the Mary River at the north-east corner of portion 1, parish of Ferguson ; thence by the southern side of the Gayndah road westerly to the north-west corner of portion 63, parish of Ferguson, on the northern branch of Six-mile Creek ; thence by that creek downwards to a point north from the north-west corner of a reserve ; thence by a line south along the west boundary of portion 63A, parish of Ferguson, and the same line continued to a point on the west boundary of 231 bearing east from the north-east corner of 251 ; thence by part of the north boundary of 251 west, and by the west boundary of same south to Myrtle Creek ; thence by Myrtle Creek upwards to its head in the range ; thence by the watershed separating the Burrum and Burnett River waters from those of Munna Creek and other waters westerly and south-westerly ; thence by the southern and western watershed of Degilbo Creek to its confluence with the Burnett River, and by that river downwards to the south-west corner of portion No. 1, parish of Electra ; thence by a line bearing south-easterly to the southern watershed of the Elliot River ; thence by that watershed north-easterly to the sea-coast ; and thence by the sea-coast and the western shore of Hervey's Bay to the mouth of the Mary River ; and thence by the Mary River upwards to the point of commencement,—including all shipping and islands within these boundaries. This includes the whole of the Division of Burrum under "The Divisional Boards Act." |
