Commencing on the right bank of the Brisbane River at its confluence with Norman's Creek, and bounded thence by Norman's Creek upwards to the north-west corner of portion 106 in the parish of Bulimba ; thence by the north boundary of that portion and the east side of the main road from Brisbane to Waterford south-easterly to the Logan River ; thence by that river downwards to its mouth ; thence easterly to the south end of Russell Island ; thence east across Stradbroke Island to the shore of the Pacific Ocean ; thence northerly and north-westerly by the shores of Stradbroke and Moreton Islands to Cape Moreton ; thence south-westerly by the shore of Moreton Island to Camboyuro Point ; thence by a line to Reef Point on the main land ; thence by the said shore southerly to the mouth of the Brisbane River ; thence by the left bank of the Brisbane River upwards to Breakfast Creek ; thence by a line east to the right bank of the Brisbane River, and thence by the right bank of same upwards to the point of commencement. This includes the whole of the divisions of Bulimba and Tingalpa under "The Divisional Boards Act," also the islands, shipping, and boats in the Bay. Commencing at the confluence of Norman's Creek with the Brisbane River, and bounded thence by Norman's Creek upwards to the south corner of portion 173, parish of South Brisbane ; thence southerly across a road to the north-east corner of 176 ; thence southerly by the eastern boundaries of portions 176, 177, same parish, and a line in continuation to the north-east corner of portion 84, parish of Yeerongpilly ; thence west by the north boundaries of portions 84, 176A, and 1, same parish, to the Brisbane River, and by a line bearing west across the river to its left bank ; thence by the left bank of the Brisbane River downwards to the western boundary of the Municipality of Brisbane at the mouth of Boundary Creek ; thence by that creek upwards to the south corner of portion 9, parish of North Brisbane ; thence north-westerly by the north-eastern boundary of that portion to its north corner ; thence by a line bearing north, passing along the east boundaries of the old General Philip Pinnock, Police Magistrate Brisbane.
