No. 48.—WARWICK DISTRICT.
Commencing on Swan Creek at the junction of Jack Smith's Gully, and bounded thence on the south by Swan Creek upwards in an easterly direction to the north corner of number twenty eight of Canning Downs pre-emptive measurement containing six hundred and sixty-seven acres ; thence by part of the north-east boundary of that portion bearing south-east one mile ; then by a line parallel to Swan Creek north-easterly four miles ; on the north-east by a line north-west to Freestone Creek ; on the north by Freestone Creek downwards to the east corner of Marshall and Deuchar's pre-emptive purchase number eighteen of one thousand one hundred and twenty-three acres, Glengallan ; thence by a line bearing south-west till it meets the northerly prolongation of the east boundary line of Marshall and Deuchar's pre-emptive purchase of seven hundred and fifteen acres on Campbell's Gully ; thence by a line bearing south to Campbell's Gully, and by Campbell's Gully downwards to the south-east corner of portion number one hundred and eighty-four containing fifty-one acres in the parish of Warwick ; thence by the eastern boundaries of portions numbers one hundred and eighty-four and three hundred and sixty bearing north to the north-east corner of the said portion number three hundred and sixty ; thence by a line bearing west five miles to the east boundary of Massie and Walker's pre-emptive purchase of five hundred and nineteen acres, Toolburra ; thence by a part of the east boundary of that portion and a line bearing south to the Condamine River ; thence by the Condamine River downwards to the north-west corner of portion number two hundred and thirty, containing ninety-one acres, in the parish of Warwick ; on the west by the west boundaries of portions numbers two hundred and thirty, two hundred and forty, two hundred and fifty-two, two hundred and fifty-nine, and a line south to Sandy Creek ; thence by Sandy Creek upwards to the south-west corner of portion four hundred and eighty-seven in the parish of Warwick ; on the south by a line bearing east seven and a half miles ; thence by a line bearing north to the confluence of Rosenthal Creek with the Condamine River ; thence by the Condamine River downwards, and by the western boundary of Leslie's pre-emptive purchase of six hundred and forty acres, Canning Downs ; thence by the northern and part of the eastern boundaries of that portion, by the northern boundaries of another portion of six hundred and forty acres and of one hundred and sixty-four acres and three hundred and thirty-nine acres, Canning Downs, bearing east to Swan Creek ; and thence by Swan Creek upwards to the point of commencement.
Sub-District No.1.—The whole of the town west of Grey street.
Sub-District No.2.—The whole of the town east of Grey street.
Sub-District No.3.—Portion of the parish of Warwick, containing the municipality beyond the limits of the town and Sandy Creek.
Sub-District No.4.—Portion of the parish of Warwick, beyond the eastern boundary of the municipality, and the whole of the parish of Canning.
Sub-District No.5.—The parish of Robinson.
No. 49.—STANTHORPE DISTRICT.
Commencing on the Great Dividing Range at Maryland, and bounded thence by the watershed separating the Severn River and Pike's Creek from tributaries of the Condamine River bearing north-westerly ; then by the watershed separating Pike's Creek from the Macintyre Brook southerly to a point bearing west from Glenlyon head station ; then by a line bearing south-west to the Dumaresq River ; by that river upwards to the junction of Tenterfield Creek ; then by a spur range forming the watershed between Tenterfield Creek and the Severn River easterly to the Great Dividing Range, and by that range northerly to the point of commencement.
Sub-District No.1.—Town of Stanthorpe within the boundaries as proclaimed under the "Towns Police Act."
Sub-District No.2.—Commencing on the range separating the Condamine waters from those of the Severn River, and bounded thence by the watershed separating Pike's Creek from the heads of the Severn River southerly to the north-west corner of the Mingoola Rung ; thence by the northern boundary of that run in a south-easterly direction to the Great Dividing Range ; and by that range and part of the boundary of the Stanthorpe Census District easterly, northerly, and westerly, to the point of commencement.
Sub-District No.3.—Commencing on the range separating the Condamine waters from those of the Severn, and bounded on the east by the western boundary of subdivision number two southerly to the Great Dividing Range ; thence by the boundary of the Census District of Stanthorpe westerly, southerly, northerly, and easterly to the point of commencement.
No. 50.—DARLING DOWNS WEST DISTRICT.
Commencing at Mount Domville, and bounded thence on the east by the watershed separating the Weir and Moonie Rivers from the Condamine River, bearing northerly ; on the north by said watershed bearing westerly ; on the west by a line bearing south to the north-east corner
