Sub-District No.4.—Commencing at the confluence of Myall Creek and the Condamine River, and bounded then on the north by Myall Creek to the east boundary of Dalby selection number seventy-one ; then by a line bearing south to Oaky Creek at a point the south-westerly corner of Jondaryan selection number eleven ; on the south by Oaky Creek downwards to the Condamine River ; and by the Condamine River downwards to the confluence of Myall Creek, the point of commencement,—excluding the Municipality of Dalby.

NO. 45.—DARLING DOWNS CENTRAL DISTRICT.

Commencing on the Great Dividing Range, and bounded thence on the north by the watershed between Myall and Oakey Creeks south-westerly ; then by a line bearing south along the west boundary of Toowoomba selection number seven to the Toowoomba and Dalby Railway line ; then across the railway line to the north-west corner of portion thirty-five, parish of Watts ; then by a line south to Oakey Creek ; then crossing Oakey Creek to the north-east corner of Jondaryan pre-emptive purchase number thirty-nine ; then south to the southern boundary of Jondaryan ten years' lease, then by the southern boundary, by part of the western boundary of East Prairie ten years' lease, by the north boundary of West Prairie ten years' lease, by part of the north-east boundary of Cecil Plains ten years' lease, and by the north boundary of same crossing the Condamine River to a tree marked broad-arrow over CR on the watershed separating Wilkie's Creek from the Condamine River ; on the west by that watershed southerly ; thence by the watershed separating the Condamine River from the Weir River southerly passing through Mount Domville ; thence by the south-east boundary of Tummaville ten years' lease bearing north twenty-one and a half degrees east to the south boundary of Tummaville preemptive purchase number four, and by the southern and eastern boundaries of said portion, and the continuation of the south-eastern boundary of Tummaville ten years' lease bearing north twenty-one and a half degrees east to the Condamine River, north branch ; thence by said river upwards to its junction with Clifton or King's Creek, and by that creek upwards to the north-west corner of portion seventy-four, parish of Elphinstone ; thence by the west and south boundaries of that parish southerly and easterly to the Toowoomba and Warwick Railway ; and by that railway northerly to the northern boundary of the parish of Allora, and by that northern boundary and its continuation easterly to the south-east corner of portion five hundred and forty-five, containing three hundred and twenty acres, parish of Clifton, and thence by the range separating the waters of Clifton or King's Creek from those of Dalrymple Creek north-easterly to the Main Range ; then by said range northerly to the southern boundary of the Census District of Drayton and Toowoomba ; then by the south boundary of that Census District bearing west ninety chains ; then by part of the east, the north, and part of the west boundaries of Eton Vale pre-emptive purchase number twenty-one ; then by a line bearing west to the north-west corner of Eton Vale preemptive purchase number twenty-three ; then by the west boundary of that portion bearing south to its south-west corner ; then by a line bearing west to the south-west corner of portion forty-nine, parish of Eton Vale ; then by a line bearing north to the north-west corner of portion fifty-six, parish of Eton Vale ; then by a line bearing west to the south-west corner of West-brook pre-emptive purchase number ten ; then by part of the south-east and north boundaries of that portion, by the east boundaries of pre-emptive purchases nine and thirty-nine, then by the north boundaries of pre-emptive purchases thirty-nine and thirty-eight, bearing west to the north-west corner of portion thirty-eight, then by a line bearing north to the Toowoomba and Dalby Railway, at the west boundary of portion forty-two, parish of Toowoomba ; then by a line bearing north about seven and a-half miles ; then by a line bearing east to the south-east corner of Toowoomba selection sixty-one ; then by a line bearing north to the Great Dividing Range, and by that range north-westerly to the point of commencement.

Sub-District No.1.—Commencing at the north-east corner of portion number thirty-five, parish of Watts, and bounded thence on the west by a line bearing south to Oakey Creek ; thence by Oakey Creek, Westbrook Creek, and Spring Creek to the intersection of the latter with the western boundary of Toowoomba and Drayton Census District ; thence east-ward and northward by the said western boundary to the northern watershed of Oakey Creek ; and thence by a line bearing westerly to point of commencement.

Sub-District No.2.—Commencing at the south-west corner of sub-district number one, and bounded thence on the west by a line bearing south to Mount Irving ; thence by western boundaries of parish Motley, Beauaraba, and North Branch ; on the south by the rivers North Branch to Hodgson's Creek ; thence north-easterly by that creek to Warwick Railway Line ; thence on the east by the said railway line, and part of the western boundary of Toowoomba and Drayton Census District to Spring Creek ; and thence by Spring Creek, Westbrook Creek, and Oaky Creek to the point of commencement.

Sub-District No. 3. A.—Commencing at the south-east corner of Jondaryan L, and bounded thence on the north by the northern boundaries of East Prairie, West Prairie, and Cecil Plains to the Condamine River ; thence by that river southwards to its confluence with North Branch River ; thence by North Branch River southerly to the west corner of portion ninety-seven, parish of Cecil Plains ; thence by a line bearing north-easterly to the north corner of portion one hundred and two, same parish ; thence by the north-east boundaries of portions one hundred and two and one hundred and three ; thence by part of the south-east boundary of portion one hundred and three ; thence by a line bearing south-easterly to the west corner of subdivision number two ; and thence by the western boundaries of North Branch, Beauaraba, and parish of Motley northerly to Mount Irving ; and thence by a line north to point of commencement.
