Sub-District No.4.—Commencing on Warrill Creek, at the South-west corner of portion one hundred and four, parish of Flinders, and bounded thence by a line bearing east to Woollaman Creek ; thence by that creek upwards to Mount Flinders Range ; thence by that range north-westerly to a point bearing east from the north-east corner of portion two hundred and eighteen, parish of Goolman ; thence by a line bearing west to the north-west corner of portion forty-eight, same parish ; thence by the west boundary of that portion, by the northern boundaries of portions forty-six, forty-five, forty-four, thirty-five, and twenty-six, same parish, and twenty-two, two hundred and twenty-nine, and twenty, parish of Flinders, the north boundaries of W. Wilsons's two pre-emptive right portions of six hundred and forty acres to Warrill Creek ; and thence by that creek upwards to the point of commencement.
Sub-District No.5.—Commencing on Warrill Creek at the north-east corner of portion one hundred and seventy-six, parish of Normanby, and bounded thence by a line bearing west to the Bremer River ; thence by that river downwards to a point due west from the north-east corner of portion fourteen, parish of Mutdapilly ; thence by a line bearing east to Warrill Creek ; and thence by that creek upwards to the point of commencement.
NO. 42.—TAROOM DISTRICT.
Commencing at the junction of Cracow Creek with the Dawson River, and bounded thence by the southern watershed of that creek easterly ; then by the watershed separating the Dawson River from the Burnett River southerly ; then by the Great Dividing Range separating the Dawson River from the Condamine, Balonne, and Maranoa Rivers westerly and northerly ; then by the watershed separating the Dawson River from the Comet River and Zamia Creek easterly to the junction of Zamia Creek with the Dawson River, and by said river upwards to the point of commencement.
Sub-District No.1.—commencing at the junction of Cracow Creek with the Dawson River, and bounded thence by the southern watershed of that creek to the watershed separating the Dawson River from the Burnett ; thence by that range southerly, and by the range separating the Dawson River from the Condamine, Balonne, and Maranoa Rivers, westerly and northerly to the head of the Dawson River ; and by the right bank of the Dawson downwards to point of commencement.
Sub-District No.2.—Commencing at the junction of Cracow Creek with the Dawson River, and bounded thence by that river downwards to its junction with Zamia Creek ; thence by the watershed separating Zamia Creek from Palm-tree Creek South-westerly to the head of the Dawson River ; and by the left bank of the Dawson downwards to point of commencement.
No. 43.—DARLING DOWNS NORTH DISTRICT.
Commencing at the confluence of Dogwood Creek with the Condamine River, and bounded on the west by Dogwood Creek upwards to the junction of Tchanning Creek ; thence by a line west and by the western watershed of Tchanning Creek northerly to the Great Dividing Range ; on the north and north-east by said range easterly and south-easterly ; thence on the south by the watershed between Myall and Oakey Creeks south-westerly ; then by a line bearing south along the west boundary of Toowoomba selection No. 7 to the Toowoomba and Dalby Railway ; then across the railway to the north-west corner of portion thirty-five, parish of Watts ; then by a line south to Oakey Creek ; then crossing Oakey Creek to the north-east corner of Jondaryan pre-emptive purchase thirty-nine ; then south to the southern boundary, of Jondaryan ten years' lease ; then by that southern boundary, by part of the western boundary of East Prairie ten years’ lease, by the north boundary of West Prairie ten years' lease, by part of the north-east boundary of Cecil Plains ten years' lease, and by the north boundary of same, crossing the Condamine River westerly to a tree marked broad-arrow over CR, on the watershed separating Wilkie's Creek from the Condamine River ; then by the said watershed southerly to the head of Wilkie's Creek ; then by the range separating the Condamine River from the Weir and Moonie Rivers westerly to the eastern boundary of Woodstock Run ; then by the south-eastern boundaries of Wood-stock, Dinwoodie, and Murilla Runs north-easterly to the Condamine River, and by the Condamine River downwards to the point of commencement—exclusive of the Census District of Dalby hereinafter described.
Sub-District No.1.—Commencing at the junction of Charley's Creek with the Condamine River, and bounded on the south by that river downwards to its junction with Dogwood Creek ; thence by that creek upwards to its junction with Tchanning Creek ; then by the western watershed of Tchanning Creek northerly to the Great Dividing Range, and by that range easterly ; then by the western watershed of Charley's Creek southerly to the point of commencement.
Sub-District No.2.—Commencing at the junction of Charley's Creek with the Condamine River, and bounded thence by a line bearing south twenty degrees east to the watershed separating the Condamine River from the Moonie River ; then by said watershed westerly to the east boundary of Woodstock Run ; then by the eastern boundaries of Woodstock, Dinwoodie, and Murilla Runs to the Condamine River, and by that river upwards to the point of commencement.
Sub-District No.3.—Commencing at a point where the Dalby and Hawkwood telegraph line crosses Jimbour Creek, and bounded thence on the west by that line northerly to the Great Dividing Range ; thence on the north and east by that range southerly to Mount Haly ; thence by a line running south-westerly to the head of Jimbour Creek, and by that creek downwards to the point of commencement.
Sub-District No.4.—Commencing on the Great Dividing Range, at the head of Middle Creek, and bounded thence on the north-east by the Great Dividing Range south-easterly to the head of Rosalie Plains Creek ; thence on the south by the watershed between Myall Creek and Oaky Creek south-westerly, then by a line bearing south along the west boundary of Toowoomba Selection number seven to Toowoomba and Dalby Railway ; on the south-west by that line of railway north-westerly to the eastern boundary of the Census District of Dalby ; thence on the west and south by the boundary of that Census District northerly and
