the Brisbane and Mary Rivers southerly ; thence by a line bearing west-south-west to the Boyne River seven miles below Burrandowan Head Station ; thence by the Boyne River downwards to the road from Gayndah to Hawkwood ; thence by that road easterly to the south boundary of the Gayndah Town Reserve ; thence by part of the south, the west, and part of the north boundaries of that reserve to the Burnett River ; and thence by that river downwards to the point of commencement.
Sub-District No.3.—Commencing at the junction of Degilbo Creek with the Burnett River, and bounded thence by a line bearing north-westerly to the watershed separating the Burnett River from the Kolan River ; then by said watershed northerly to the eastern watershed of Splinter Creek ; thence by that watershed southerly to Splinter Creek ; thence by that creek downwards to Three Moon Creek ; thence by that creek downwards to the road from Kooingal to Gayndah ; thence by that road south-easterly to the Gayndah Town Reserve ; thence by the north boundary of that reserve easterly to the Burnett River ; and thence by that river downwards to the point of commencement.
Sub-District No.4.—Commencing where the road from Gayndah to Taroom crosses the west boundary of the district, and bounded thence by that road easterly to the south boundary of the Gayndah Town Reserve ; thence by part of the south, the west, and part of the north boundaries of that reserve to the road from Gayndah to Kooingal ; thence by that road north-westerly to the northern watershed of Rawbelle Creek ; thence by the northern and western watershed of Rawbelle Creek westerly and southerly to the point of commencement.
Sub-District No.5.—Commencing where the road from Gayndah to Taroom crosses the west boundary of the district, and bounded thence by that road easterly to the Boyne River ; thence by that river upwards to a point seven miles below Burrandowan Station ; thence by a line bearing west-south-west to the Main Range ; thence by that range westerly to the western watershed of Auburn River ; thence by that watershed northerly to the point of commencement.
Sub-District No.6.—Commencing at the junction of the road from Gayndah to Kooingal with the north boundary of the district, and bounded thence by the northern watershed of the Burnett River easterly ; thence by the eastern watershed of Monal and Splinter Creeks to Splinter Creek ; thence by that creek downwards to Three Moon Creek ; thence by that creek downwards to the road from Gayndah to Kooingal ; and thence by that road north-westerly to the point of commencement.
No. 37.—STANLEY DISTRICT.
Commencing on the range dividing the waters of the Mary River from those of the Brisbane River, and bounded thence on the east by D'Aguilar's Range southerly to a point bearing east from the north-east corner of portion thirty-eight, parish of Burnett ; on the south by a line bearing west to the north-west corner of portion fifty-two, same parish ; thence by a line north to the Brisbane River, and by that river downwards to the north-east corner of portion two hundred and six, parish of England ; thence by a line west to the north-west corner of portion one hundred and thirty-two, same parish, and same line continued to the northern watershed of Buaraba Creek, by that watershed and by the northern watershed of Lockyer's Creek westerly to the Main Range dividing the eastern and western waters ; on the west by the Main Range north-westerly to the range dividing the Burnett and Mary River waters from those of the Brisbane River ; and on the north by the last-mentioned range easterly to D'Aguilar's Range, the point of commencement.
Sub-District No.1.—Commencing at the confluence of Gregor's Creek with the Brisbane River, and bounded thence by a line bearing south-east to the Stanley River ; thence by a line due east to Mount Mee, in D'Aguilar's Range ; thence by the boundary of the census district of Stanley southerly, westerly, and northerly to the Brisbane River ; and by that river upwards to point of commencement.
Sub-District No.2.—Commencing at the confluence of Gregor's Creek with the Brisbane River, and bounded thence by said river upwards to its head in the range separating the waters of the Burnett and Mary from those of the Brisbane ; thence by said range easterly to D'Aguilar's Range, and by that range southerly to Mount Mee ; thence by a line due west to the Stanley River ; and thence by a line bearing north-west to the point of commencement.
Sub-District No.3.—Commencing at the junction of Ivory's Creek with the Brisbane River, and bounded by a line north-west to the Blackbutt Range ; thence by said range south-westerly to the Main Range, and by the Main Range north-westerly to the range separating the waters of the Burnett from those of the Brisbane, and by said range northerly to the head of the Brisbane in said range ; and thence by the Brisbane downwards to point of commencement.
Sub-District No.4.—Commencing at the junction of Ivory's Creek with the Brisbane River, and bounded thence by a line bearing north-west to the Blackbutt Range, and by said range south-westerly to the Main Range ; and by the Main Range south-easterly to the head of Cressbrook Creek in said range ; and by Cressbrook Creek downwards to its junction with the Brisbane ; and by the Brisbane River upwards to the point of commencement.
Sub-District No.5.—Commencing at the junction of Cressbrook Creek with the Brisbane River, and bounded thence on the east by said range downwards to the south boundary of the Census District of Stanley ; thence by said southern boundary westerly to the head of Cressbrook Creek, in the Main Range ; and by Cressbook Creek downwards to the point of commencement.

Commencing on the left bank of the Brisbane River, and bounded thence on the east by a road forming the western boundaries of portions one hundred and thirty-nine, one hundred and fourteen, one hundred and fifty-eight, one hundred and fifty-nine, eighteen, one hundred and sixty-seven, and one hundred and sixty-eight, parish of Moggill, and by a line bearing north-westerly to D'Aguilar's Range, and by that range northerly to a point bearing east from the north-east corner of portion thirty-eight, parish of Burnett ; on the north by a line bearing west to the north-west corner of portion fifty-two, same parish ; then by a line north to the Brisbane River, and by that river downwards to the north-east corner of portion two hundred and six, parish of England ; thence by a line bearing west to the north-west corner of portion one hundred and thirty-two, same parish ; and by a line continued west to the northern watershed of Buaraba Creek ;
