the shore of Wide Bay southerly to a point bearing east from the confluence of the Wide Bay Creek with the Mary River ; thence by that line west to its junction with a line bearing south from Ulirrah Station ; thence by that line north to Ulirrah Station ; thence by Ulirrah Creek downwards to its junction with Tinana Creek ; and by Tinana Creek downwards to the point of commencement.

Sub-District No.3.—Commencing at the junction of Turkey Creek with Tinana Creek, thence by a line bearing west to the south boundary of Tiaro Town Reserve ; thence by a continuation of said line west to the eastern watershed of Munna Creek ; then by the eastern watershed of Munna Creek northerly and westerly to Clifton Creek ; thence by Clifton Creek downwards to Munna Creek, and by Munna Creek downwards to the Mary River ; then by the Mary River upwards to the junction of Wide Bay Creek ; then by a line bearing east to its junction with a line bearing south from Ulirrah Station ; then by said line north to Ulirrah Station ; then by Ulirrah Creek downwards to Tinana Creek ; and by Tinana Creek downwards to point of commencement.

Sub-District No.4.—Commencing at the junction of Wide Bay Creek with the Mary River, thence by Wide Bay Creek upwards about one hundred chains in a direct line to the south-west corner of portion number one of six hundred and forty acres ; then by the west boundary of that portion north to the northern watershed of Wide Bay Creek ; and by that northern watershed westerly to the range separating the Mary River waters from those of the Burnett ; and by that range northerly to the northern watershed of Munna Creek ; and by that watershed easterly to Clifton Creek ; and by Clifton Creek downwards to Munna Creek ; thence by Munna Creek downwards to the Mary River ; and by the Mary River upwards to the point of commencement.

No. 31.—GYMPIE DISTRICT.

Commencing at the mouth of the Mooroochydore River, and bounded thence on the south by the northern watershed of the Mooroochydore River north-westerly to the eastern watershed of the Mary River ; then by the watershed separating the Mary River from the Mooroochydore River, Mooloolah River, and Brisbane River southerly and westerly ; on the west by the watershed separating the Mary River from the Burnett River northerly ; on the north by the northern watershed of Wide Bay Creek easterly to the west boundary of portion No. 1 of 640 acres, and by that boundary southerly to Wide Bay Creek ; thence by Wide Bay Creek downwards about one hundred chains in a direct line to its junction with the Mary River ; and thence by a line east to the sea-coast, and by the sea-coast southerly to the point of commencement.

Sub-District No.1.—Commencing from the junction of Wide Bay Creek with the Mary River, thence on the north by the range dividing that creek from Munna Creek and its tributaries ; on the west and south-west by the range dividing the waters of the Mary River from the Burnett River ; on the south by the range dividing the waters of Glastonbury and Widgee Creeks from Kandanga Creek ; on the east by a line north to the western corner of the Gympie Gold Field Reserve ; and thence by the Mary River to the point of commencement.

Sub-District No.2.—The Gympie Gold Field Reserve.

Sub-District No.3.—Town of Gympie, north of Duke street, Mary street, and the Brisbane road.

Sub-District No.4.—Town of Gympie, south of Duke street, Mary street, and the Brisbane road.

Sub-District No.5.—Commencing at the mouth of the Mooroochydore River ; thence on the west by the range dividing the waters of the Mary River from those flowing directly and easterly to the coast, to the south-eastern corner of the Gympie Gold Field Reserve ; thence by the north-eastern and northern boundaries of that reserve ; thence by the Mary River to a point opposite the junction of Wide Bay Creek ; thence by a line east to the coast ; and thence on the east by the coast to the point of commencement.

Sub-District No.6.—The Mary River and its tributaries from the junction of Kandanga Creek to the southern boundary of the Gympie Gold Field Reserve ; thence by the boundary of that reserve northerly to its most eastern corner ; and thence on the west by the range dividing the waters of Eel and Pie Creek from Glastonbury Creek.

Sub-District No.7—The Mary River and its tributaries from its source to the junction of Kandanga Creek.

No. 32.—CABOOLTURE DISTRICT.

Commencing on sea-coast, at the mouth of the Mooroochydore River, and bounded thence on the north by the northern watershed of that river westerly to the range separating the Mary River waters from those of the Mooroochydore and Mooloolah Rivers ; on the west by that range and D'Aguilar's Range southerly, and by a spur range easterly to the head of Kedron Brook ; on the south by Kedron Brook downwards to the south-east corner of portion one, parish of Kedron ; thence by the east boundaries of portions five hundred and eighty-nine, five hundred and ninety-two, and five hundred and ninety, same parish, northerly to Nundah Creek ; thence by Nundah Creek downwards to its mouth ; on the east by the shore of Moreton Bay and the Pacific Ocean northerly, including Bribie Island, to the mouth of the Mooroochydore River, the point of commencement.

Sub-District No.1.—Commencing at the mouth of the Mooloolah River, and bounded on the south by that river upwards and a line bearing north-west to the range separating the waters of the Mary from those of the Maroochydore and Mooloolah Rivers ; and thence by that watershed northerly and by the northern watershed of the Maroochydore River to its mouth ; and thence by the sea-coast to point of commencement.

Sub-District No.2.—Commencing at the mouth of the Mooloolah River, and bounded on the north by that river upwards and a line bearing north-west to the range separating the waters of the Mary from those of the Maroochydore and Mooloolah Rivers ; and by that range and D'Aguilar's Range southerly to the head of the Caboolture River ; and by said river downwards to the sea-coast ; and by the sea-coast to the point of commencement,—including Bribie Island.

Sub-District No.3.—Parish of Caboolture and Burpengary.

Sub-District No.4.—Parish of Whiteside and Samsonvale.

Sub-District No.5.—Parish of Redcliffe.

Sub-District No.6.—Parish of Warner.

Sub-District No.7.—Parish of Kedron and Nundah.

Sub-District No.8.—Parish of Bunya and Parker.
