Sub-District No. 1 known as East Ward Municipality).—Commencing on the north side of the main road from Gayndan to Maryborough at the south-west corner of allotment number one, section number one hundred and seventy-four containing thirty-one acres two roads twelve perches, and bounded thence on part of the west by the western boundary of that allotment and by a line bearing north to Saltwater Creek ; on the north by Saltwater Creek downwards to the Mary River ; thence by said river to the intersection of Richmond street ; thence by Richmond street to the intersection of Kent street ; thence by Kent street north-westerly and westerly to the intersection of the Gayndah road at the south-west corner of allotment number one, section one hundred and seventy-two ; thence by the Gayndah road to the point of commencement.

Sub-District No. 2 (known as West Ward Municipality).—Commencing at the intersection of Kent and Richmond streets at the east corner of allotment number ten, section number ninety, and bounded on the south-east by Richmond street to the intersection of the Mary River ; thence by the Mary River upwards to the intersection of the Gayndah and Maryborough road at the Bend ; thence by the Gayndah road and Kent street to the point of commencement.

Sub-District No.3.(known as South Ward Municipality.) Commencing at the intersection of Richmond street and the Mary River at the Botanical Garden Reserve, and bounded thence on the north-west by Richmond street south-westerly to the River Mary ; thence by the said river downwards to the point of commencement.

Sub-District No.4.—Commencing on the right bank of River Mary at the easternmost corner of portion one hundred and nine containing eighty-seven acres, in the parish of Maryborough, on the south-east by the south-east boundary of that portion south-westerly to the southernmost corner of the said portion ; on the east by a line bearing south till it intersects a line bearing east from the north boundary of portion L sixty-one and the north-eastern boundary of portion L forty-eight westerly and by the eastern and southern boundaries of portion thirty, parish of Bidwell to Tinana Creek ; thence by the dividing line of portions sixty-eight and sixty-nine, parish of Tinana, north-westerly to the north-eastern corner of portion sixty-nine ; then by a line bearing west and by the northern boundary of portion two hundred and forty-one westerly ; then by the western boundary of portion two hundred and forty-one south to a point where a line bearing east from the south-eastern corner of portion sixty-one, parish of Young, intersects it ; thence by that line west and by the southern boundary of portions sixty-one, sixty, fifty-nine, fifty-eight, fifty-seven to the south-west corner of portion fifty-seven on the Mary River ; thence by the Mary River downwards to the point of commencement.

Sub-District No.5.—Commencing on the left bank of the Mary River at the north-east corner of portion number one, parish of Ferguson, eighty-five acres, and bounded thence by the Mary River upwards to the junction of Myrtle Creek ; thence by that creek upwards to the south-western corner of portion two hundred and sixteen, parish of Denison ; and on the west by a line bearing north from the south-west corner of portion two hundred and sixteen to the Gayndah and Maryborough road ; and on the remainder of the north by that road easterly to the point of commencement.

Commencing on the Mary River at the south-western corner of portion fifty-seven, parish of Young ; thence by the southern boundary of portion fifty-seven, fifty-eight, fifty-nine, sixty, sixty-one, and by a line east to the western boundary of portion two hundred and forty-one ; then by said boundary north, and by the northern boundary of same portion, and by a line east to the north-eastern corner of portion sixty-nine, parish of Tinana ; then by the dividing line of portions sixty-eight and sixty-nine south-easterly to Tinana Creek ; then by the southern and eastern boundaries of portion thirty, parish of Bidwell, by the north-eastern boundary of portion L forty-eight, and by the northern boundary of portion L sixty-one easterly, and by a line east to the sea-coast ; then by the sea-coast southerly to a point bearing east from the confluence of Wide Bay Creek with the Mary River ; thence by a line west to that confluence and by Wide Bay Creek upwards about one hundred chains in a direct line to the south-west corner of portion number one of six hundred and forty acres ; then by the west boundary of that portion north to the northern watershed of Wide Bay Creek, and by that northern watershed westerly to the range separating the Mary River waters from those of the Burnett ; by that range northerly to the northern watershed of Munna Creek ; thence by that watershed easterly to Myrtle Creek, and by Myrtle Creek downwards to the Mary River ; and thence by the Mary River downwards to the point of commencement.

Sub-District No.1.—Commencing on the shore of Wide Bay, and bounded thence by a line bearing west to the north boundary of portion L sixty-one, parish of Bidwell, and by the northern boundary of portion L sixty-one, and the north-eastern boundary of portion L forty-eight westerly, and the eastern and the southern boundaries of portion thirty parish of Bidwell to Tinana Creek ; then by the dividing line of portion sixty-eight and sixty-nine, parish of Tinana north-westerly to the north-eastern corner of portion sixty-nine ; then by a line bearing west and by the northern boundary of portion two hundred and forty-one westerly ; then by the western boundary of portion two hundred and forty-one south to a point where a line bearing east from the south-eastern corner of portion sixty-one, parish of Young, intersects it ; thence by that line west and by the southern boundaries of portions sixty-one, sixty, fifty-nine, fifty-eight, and fifty-seven to the south-western corner of portion fifty-seven on the Mary River ; thence by that river upwards to its junction with Myrtle Creek ; thence by Myrtle Creek upwards to the northern watershed of Munna Creek ; then by the eastern watershed of Munna Creek southerly, and by a line bearing east to the south boundary of Tiaro Town Reserve, and by a continuation of said line to the shore of Wide Bay ; thence by the shore of Wide Bay northerly to the point of commencement.
