No. 28.—WIDE BAY DISTRICT.

Commencing on the shore of Wide Bay, and bounded thence on the south by a line bearing west to the north boundary of portion L sixty-one parish of Bidwell, and by the northern boundary of portion L sixty-one and the north-eastern boundary of portion L forty-eight westerly, and by the eastern and southern boundaries of portion thirty, parish of Bidwell, to Tinana Creek ; then by the dividing line of portion sixty-eight and sixty-nine, parish of Tinana, north-westerly to the north-eastern corner of portion sixty-nine ; then by a line bearing west and by the northern boundary of portion two hundred and forty-one westerly ; then by the western boundary of portion two hundred and forty-one south to a point where a line bearing east from the south-eastern corner of portion sixty-one, parish of Young, intersects it ; thence by that line west and by the southern boundary of portions sixty-one, sixty, fifty-nine, fifty-eight, fifty-seven, to the south-western corner of portion fifty-seven on the Mary River ; thence by that river upwards to its junction with Myrtle Creek, and thence by Myrtle Creek upwards and the northern watershed of Munna Creek to the watershed separating the Mary River from the Burnett River ; thence by said watershed north to the head of Degilbo Creek ; then by the western watershed of said creek separating it from the Upper Burnett River, to the junction with the said river ; then by a line bearing north-west to the watershed separating the Burnett from the Kolan River ; then by said watershed northerly and by the watershed separating the Kolan from the Boyne River and Baffle Creek easterly ; then by a line bearing south-east, crossing the Kolan River at the junction of Gin Gin Creek ; thence by the southern watershed of the Elliot River easterly to the sea-coast ; and thence by the sea-coast southerly to the point of commencement, and including Great Sandy Island,—exclusive of the Census District of Maryborough.

Sub-District No.1.—Commencing at the junction of Degilbo Creek with the Burnett River ; and bounded thence by a line bearing north-west to the watershed separating the Burnett from the Kolan River ; thence by the said watershed northerly, and by the watershed separating the Kolan from the Boyne River and Baffle Creek easterly ; thence by a line bearing south-east, crossing the Kolan River at the junction of Gin Gin Creek with that river to the Burnett River ; and thence by the Burnett River upwards to the point of commencement.

Sub-District No.2.—Commencing at the junction of Degilbo Creek with the Burnett River, and bounded thence by the Burnett downwards to a point about twelve miles above Bingera Head Station ; thence by a line south-east to the southern watershed of the Elliott River ; thence by that watershed easterly to the sea-coast ; thence by that watershed easterly to the sea-coast ; thence by the sea-coast southerly to the mouth of the Burrum River ; thence by that river upwards to the crossing of the Maryborough and Gayndah road ; thence by the Gayndah road westerly to the western watershed of Degilbo Creek separating it from the Upper Burnett River ; and thence by that watershed northerly to the junction of Degilbo Creek with the Burnett, the point of commencement.

Sub-District No.3.—Commencing on Myrtle Creek at the south-west corner of portion two hundred and sixteen, parish of Denison, and bounded thence by a line north to the Gayndah and Maryborough road ; thence by that road easterly to the south-west corner of allotment one of section one hundred and seventy-four ; thence by the western boundary of that allotment and a line bearing north to Saltwater Creek ; thence by Saltwater Creek downwards to the Mary River ; thence by the Mary River to the sea-coast, and by the sea-coast northerly to the mouth of the Burrum River ; thence by that river upwards to the crossing of the Gayndah road ; thence by the Gayndah road westerly to the western watershed of Degilbo Creek separating it from the Upper Burnett River ; then by the said watershed to the head of Degilbo Creek ; thence by the watershed separating the Mary River from the Burnett River and the northern watershed of Munna Creek to Myrtle Creek ; and thence by Myrtle Creek downwards to the point of commencement.

Sub-District No.4.—Commencing at the mouth of the Mary River, and bounded thence by that river upwards to the easternmost corner of portion one hundred and nine, containing eighty-seven acres, in the parish of Maryborough ; thence by the south-east boundary of that portion bearing south-westerly to the southernmost corner of said portion ; thence by a line bearing south till it intersects a line bearing east from the north boundary of portion L sixty-one, parish of Bidwell ; thence by a line bearing east to the western shore of Great Sandy Island ; thence by that shore southerly to the southernmost point of Great Sandy Island ; thence by the sea-coast northerly to Sandy Cape ; thence by the western shore of the island to a point bearing due east from the mouth of the Mary River ; and thence by a line bearing west to the point of commencement.

No. 29.—MARYBOROUGH DISTRICT.

Commencing on the north side of the main road from Gayndah to Maryborough at the south-west corner of allotment number one of section number one hundred and seventy-four, containing thirty-one acres two roads twelve perches, and bounded thence on part of the west by the western boundary of that allotment and by a line bearing north to Saltwater Creek ; on the north by Saltwater Creek downwards to the River Mary ; thence crossing the River Mary and by the right bank of the river downwards to the easternmost corner of portion number one hundred and nine, containing eighty-seven acres, in the parish of Maryborough ; on the south-east by the south-east boundary of that portion south-westerly to the southernmost corner of the said portion ; on the east by a line bearing south till it intersects a line bearing east from the north boundary of portion L sixty-one, parish of Bidwell ; and on the south by that line west, by the northern boundary of portion L sixty-one and the north-eastern boundary of portion L forty-eight westerly, and by the eastern and southern boundaries of portion, thirty parish of Bidwell, to Tinana Creek ; then by the dividing line of portions sixty-eight and sixty-nine, parish of Tinana, north-westerly to the north-eastern corner of portion sixty-nine ; then by a line bearing west and by the northern boundary of portion two hundred and forty-one westerly ; then by the western boundary of two hundred and forty-one south to a point where a line bearing east from the south-eastern corner of portion sixty-one, parish of Young, intersects it ; thence by that line west and by the southern boundary of portions sixty-one, sixty, fifty-nine, fifty-eight, fifty-seven, to the south-west corner of portion fifty-seven on the Mary River ; thence
