Sub-District No. 6.—Commencing on the Fitzroy River at the confluence of Deep Creek ; thence bounded on the west by Deep Creek and Black-Gin Creek upwards to the south-west corner of portion three hundred and fifty-seven, parish of Wiseman ; thence on the west by a line south to Lion Creek ; thence on the south by Lion Creek downwards to the Fitzroy River ; thence by the river upwards to the point of commencement.
Sub-District No.7.—Commencing on the Fitzroy River at the confluence of Etna Creek ; thence bounded on the north-west by a line bearing north-east to the Mount Archer Range ; thence by that range south-easterly to the head of Moore's Creek ; thence by that creek downwards to the Fitzroy River ; thence by the river upwards to the point of commencement.
Sub-District No.8.—Commencing on the Fitzroy River at the confluence of Moore's Creek ; thence bounded on the north-west by that creek upwards to the Mount Archer Range ; thence on the north-east by that range south-easterly to Mount Berserker ; thence by a line south-easterly to the north corner of portion one hundred and three, containing forty-four acres two roods, in the parish of Archer ; thence by the north-west boundaries of portions one hundred and three, one hundred and two, and eighty-three in the same parish south-westerly to the Fitzroy River ; thence by that river upwards to the point of commencement.
No. 24.—GLADSTONE DISTRICT.
Commencing at the mouth of the Fitzroy River, and bounded thence by that river upwards to the west boundary of the Herbert town reserve ; then by a line south-west ; then by the watershed separating Raglan Creek, Calliope River, Boyne River, and Baffle Creek from the Don and Dee Rivers, Kroombit Creek, the Burnett River, and Kolan River, easterly to the head of Littabella Creek, and by that creek to its mouth ; thence by the sea-coast northerly to the point of commencement,—inclusive of Curtis Island.
Sub-District No.1.—Commencing at the mouth of the Fitzroy River, and bounded thence by that river upwards to the west boundary of the Herbert town reserve ; then by a line south-west ; then by the watershed separating Raglan Creek from the Don and Dee Rivers southerly to Calliope Range ; then by that range easterly to the summit of Mount Larcombe, and by a line bearing east to the sea-coast, and by the sea-coast to the point of commencement,—including Curtis Island.
Sub-District No.2.—Commencing on the sea-coast, and bounded thence by a line bearing east to Mount Larcombe ; thence by Calliope Range westerly ; thence by range separating waters of Calliope River from those of Callide Creek to the head of Takilboran Creek ; thence by that creek downwards to Futter's Creek ; thence by that creek downwards ; thence by a line bearing north to the head of Double Creek ; thence by Double Creek downwards to Calliope River ; thence by that river downwards to the sea-coast ; and thence by the sea-coast northerly to the point of commencement.
Sub-District No.3.—Commencing at the mouth of the Calliope River, and bounded thence by that river upwards to Double Creek ; thence by Double Creek upwards to its head ; thence by a line bearing south to Futter's Creek ; thence by that creek downwards to Boyne River ; thence by that river downwards to the sea-coast ; and thence by the sea-coast northerly to point of commencement,—including Facing Island.
Sub-District No.4.—Commencing at the mouth of the Boyne River, and bounded thence by that river upwards to Futter's Creek ; thence by that creek upwards to Takilboran Creek ; thence by that creek upwards to its head ; thence by the western and southern watershed of the Boyne River, and the western and southern watershed of Baffle Creek to the head of Littabella Creek ; thence by that creek downwards to its mouth ; and thence by the sea-coast northerly to the point of commencement.
No. 25.—BUNDABERG DISTRICT.
Commencing at the mouth of the Elliot River, and bounded thence by the southern watershed of that river westerly ; then by a line bearing north-west crossing the Burnett River to the Kolan River at the junction of Gin Gin Creek ; and by a continuation of the said line north-west to the watershed separating the Kolan River from Baffle Creek ; and by said watershed easterly to the head of Littabella Creek, and by that creek to its mouth ; and thence by the sea-coast southerly to the point of commencement.
Sub-District No.1.—Comprising the town of Bundaberg.
Sub-District No.2.—Commencing at the junction of the Maryborough road and a Government road one chain and fifty links wide, and bounded on the south-east by said road bearing north-east (and passing Sloping Hummock) to the sea-coast ; thence by the sea-coast northerly to the mouth of the Burnett, and by that river upwards to the boundary of the town of Bundaberg ; and by said town boundary south-easterly and south-westerly to the Maryborough road, and by said road to the point of commencement.
Sub-District No.3.—Commencing at the junction of the Maryborough road and a Government road one chain and fifty links wide bearing north-east to the seacoast, and passing Sloping Hummock and forming the south-east boundary of subdivision number two, and bounded thence on the west by the Maryborough road to the south boundary of the Bundaberg Census District, and by that boundary easterly to the seacoast ; by the sea-coast northerly to the south-eastern boundary of subdivision number one ; and by said boundary south-westerly to point of commencement.
Sub-District No.4.—Commencing on the Burnett River at the north-west corner of the town boundary of Bundaberg, and bounded thence on the north-west by the Burnett River upwards to the boundary of the Census District of Bundaberg ; thence by the said
