Spencer ; thence by a line bearing about seventy-two degrees to the Dee River passing about twenty chains to the north of Calliungal Head Station ; thence by a continuation of said line to the northern watershed of Alma Creek ; thence by said watershed to the eastern watershed of Fletcher's Nine-mile and Dee Creeks ; thence by said watershed to the head of Bob's Creek ; thence by a line bearing about north fifty degrees east to a point on the Fitzroy River about six miles in a direct line below the eastern boundary of the Rockhampton District ; thence by the river upwards to said eastern boundary of the Rockhampton District ; thence by the eastern and southern boundaries of said district to the railway ; and thence by the railway westerly to the point of commencement. |
Sub-District No.3.—Commencing on the western watershed of Gogango Creek about six miles northerly from Mount Spencer ; thence southerly to Mount Spencer ; thence by a line bearing about one hundred and ten degrees to the western watershed of Callide Creek ; thence by the watershed of that creek and its tributaries and of the Don River southerly, easterly, and northerly to the head of Alma Creek ; thence by the northern watershed of Alma Creek to a point on said watershed where a line from the starting point bearing about seventy-two degrees and passing about twenty chains to the north of Calliungal Head Station cuts it ; thence by said line to the point of commencement. |

Commencing on the left bank of the Fitzroy River at the confluence of Etna Creek with that river, and bounded thence on the north-west by a line bearing north-east to the Mount Archer Range ; on the north-east by that range south-easterly to Mount Berserker ; thence by a line south-easterly to the north corner of portion number one hundred and three, containing forty-four acres two roods, in the parish of Archer ; thence by the north-west boundaries of portions numbers one hundred and three, one hundred and two, and eighty-three in the same parish, south-westerly to the Fitzroy River ; thence on the east by a line crossing the Fitzroy River to the north corner of portion number one hundred and thirty-five, containing eighty acres, in the parish of Gavial ; thence by the east boundaries of portions numbers one hundred and thirty-five, one hundred and thirty-six, one hundred and fifty, and one hundred and fifty-one, and a line bearing south ; on the south by a line bearing west, passing through the southernmost corner of portion number forty-eight, in the parish of Gavial, to a point bearing south from the south-west corner of portion D, section thirty-seven, in the parish of Wood ; on the west by a line bearing north to the said south-west corner, and by Black Gin Creek downwards to Deep Creek, and by Deep Creek downwards to the Fitzroy River, and by the Fitzroy River downwards to Etna Creek, the point of commencement. |
