Commencing at the junction of the Bogie River with the Burdekin River, and bounded thence by a line bearing west to the watershed separating the Upper Burdekin from the Lower Burdekin ; then by said watershed and the watershed separating the Upper Burdekin from waters flowing direct to the east coast northerly to the head of the Burdekin River ; then by the northern and western watersheds of the Burdekin westerly and southerly ; then by the watershed separating the Burdekin from the Cape River and Suttor River easterly to the junction of the Sutter River with the Burdekin River, and then by last-mentioned river downwards to the point of commencement Frencis Gill, Warden of Gold Fields and Police Magistrate Ravenswood.

Commencing at the mouth of the O'Connell River, and bounded on the north by that river and the Andromache River upwards to its head ; on the south-west by the range separating the O'Connell, River and Pioneer River from the Burdekin River and Fitzroy River south-easterly to Long Hill ; on the south-east by a line north-east to Cape Palmerston ; and on the north-east by the sea-coast to the point of commencement William Robert Goodall, Police Magistrate Mackay.

Commencing at the mouth of the Fitzroy River, and bounded thence by that river upwards to the junction of the Googango Creek ; then by a line bearing north-west ; then by the watershed separating the Mackenzie River and Isaac River from the Lower Fitzroy River and waters flowing into Broad Sound northerly to Long Hill ; then by a line bearing north-east to Cape Palmerston ; and thence by the sea-coast south-easterly to the point of commencement,—exclusively of the Census District of Rockhampton Thomas Francis Tagg St. Lawrence.
19 Peak Downs-CENTRAL. Commencing at the junction of Theresa Creek and the Nogoa River, and bounded thence by Theresa Creek upwards to Sandy Creek, and by that creek to its head ; then by a line bearing magnetic east to Fletcher's Awl ; then by the northern and eastern watershed of the Isaacs River, by the watershed separating the Upper Fitzroy River from the Lower Fitzroy River and a line bearing south-east to the junction of Googango Creek ; and thence by the Fitzroy River and Mackenzie River upwards to the point of commencement George Pulteney Malcolm Murray, Police Magistrate Clermont.
